All Red Cross Members,
By now, you might have heard of a guild leadership rehaul that is going to take place, to replace our currently rather mixed-up leadership ladder. Our current set of Officers have not been tasked to do anything specific, and we have a generally unclear hierachy within the guild. This rehaul aims to replace that with an active, functioning guild leadership committee.
This includes the replacement of all the Officers, with 7 new ones, to form a new leadership committee that I believe will be beneficial to this guild. The 7 Officers have been split into 2 main groups, that of Training as well as of Recruitment.
The new Training Officers have been tasked with the primary role of, of course, training our members, be it our newest members who have problems with the Snarbolax, to our more veteran members who need help perfecting their Jelly King/Roarmulus Twins runs. They will do this by offering tips to new players, and by running with them, where possible. However, this is not something that is entirely expected of them, so do NOT expect them to drop everything to join you on a run you need help with. It is up to their discretion to choose when they want to help, and when they do not.
The new Recruitment Officers have been tasked with the primary role of, of course, recruiting new members. I believe nothing more needs to be said.
The 7 Officers are as follows(in alphebetical order):
Alterist, Training Officer.
Ashalile, Recruitment Officer.
Darkhelm, Training Officer.
Griseolar, Training Officer.
Liberdade, Recruitment Officer.
Samyxy, Training Officer.
Vap-vap, Training Officer.
To Officers who stay Officers; Keep up the good work, and continue to help bring our guild to greater heights.
To members who have been promoted; Welcome on board, and i hope we can all work together well.
To Officers who no longer are; Please do not be discouraged. For some, we do not see enough activity, to others, we were not able to fit you into a role/position we required after the rehaul.
To members of the guild, keep a look out for your new Officers. As far as possible, for Training matters, look for your Training Officers, and the same for Recruitment matters. Of course, feel free to approach any of your Officers, should you feel the need to, we're all friendly people
Finally, should you have a problem with any one of my Officers, feel free to approach me(but don't be an *** about it). If you have a problem with me, please do approach me too, thank you.
